You have 15 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund — it must come back in the same condition with the charger and everything that was in the box. We arrange the pickup, or you can drop it at our Sharjah shop. Every product also carries a 12-month warranty — submit a claim on our Warranty page or message us on WhatsApp.
